The statue that stood at the corner of Fordham Road and Webster Avenue now has a new home! Thanks to the Andrew Freedman Home, “Tomorrow,” sculpted by Japanese artist Akihiro Ito, will stay in the Bronx.

Ito has also donated the Statue “A Child” to a local school – I.S. 254 – and plans to return to the Bronx after a visit to his home in Japan.

The Fordham Road BID continues to support the arts and is looking forward to bringing many more memorable pieces to the Bronx community.
